What I did on my summer vacation...For those who are interested - Grand Cayman
Thanks to those of you who wished me well on my cruise. There were some requests for me to share my experiences and to share some pictures and I said that I would so here it is...I haven't dowloaded any pictures yet so that will have to come later. The cruise was really nice. We had a good time. We went to 4 ports of call (that's what they call it). We went to Grand Cayman, Belize, Honduras and Mexico. Most of our time spend in these countires was either on the beach or doing a little shopping or both. On Grand Cayman, we took a bus to the beach. They charged 4 dollars a person each way. We spend most of the day there and I did a little snorkeling. The reefs were okay, but not the best I've seen. The sand was great, the water was great, the weather was great. After we were done at the beach, my daughter wanted to go buy a "Guy Harvey" shirt. She saw the store as we were coming to shore. We walked over to the store, bought some sunglasses along the way ( I forgot to pack mine) and we picked out a shirt for her and her brother. It wasn't a tremendously exciting day, but it was pleasant and it was relaxing. I'll write some more of my experiences in different posts. I think try to cover the entire 7 days in one post would be overwhelming for me to write and too much for anyone to want to read in one sitting.
